It is recommended that, in the event of adverse weather reports prior to a field trip the leader of the day be contacted. 

Notes for Field Trips

 Field Trips may involve walks of up to 3 miles (c 5 km). If it is known that greater distances are involved this has been shown. Please share cars where possible to minimise parking congestion at sites. The cost of the trip should be divided as agreed by those sharing the car.

 A packed lunch should be taken unless the timing of the trip indicates this to be unnecessary. Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing.      

No Dogs.
